Product Introduction
Concrete nail, also known as steel nails, are specialized nails specifically designed for driving into cement walls, brick walls, and mortar layers. They are typically made of carbon steel and undergo quenching treatment, resulting in a hardness much higher than that of ordinary iron nails.
Raw materials
Material: High carbon steel / Medium carbon steel (commonly 45#, 55#, 60#, 65# etc.)
Process: Sandblasting → Drilling → Quenching treatmentSurface treatment
Blackened (blue-white / black): The most common and inexpensive option
Galvanized (electro-galvanized / hot-galvanized): Excellent rust prevention, suitable for humid environments
